Dear colleagues

I have been getting some attention from UAC United Arab Institute for Private Training. Has anyone worked for them? Can you relate positive or negative experiences? Thank you.

Kind regards

Dear expat68,

UAC is managed by a short Egyptian idiot who has only been selling clothes or working in restaurants before. He does not care about quality/education/respect/ethics...etc.

The location is the worst for Hawalli, so that means it's reeeally bad.

They might tempt you with a higher/at least slightly above average salary, but you would be better off if you start somewhere reputable because you will last longer and will not have to endure stupid psychological issues of whipped Egyptians. They give improper discounts and make stupid exceptions, have no solid long term teaching plans/goals, and will do anything and everything to accommodate for essentially-aimless students who think they can shop for a product that would suit their fancy just because they paid for it. Hence, they function just like a clothing shop.

It is a cash-for-books enterprise, and, I repeat, the managers/idiots there have nothing to do with the business of teaching.

They will never pay your salary on time because the Egyptian feels good pushing people around.

Believe me: they hate anyone half-decent/respectful.

Respect yourself, do not teach at UAC.
