Hi there, I am planning to go back to Spain in 2005
Can any of you post great Internet links about teaching jobs?
I understand that Spain is a little slow on the www and I am out of luck finding any good source... |

As something of a technophobe, I generally just use tefl.com. |

Hey, I'm surprised nobody's gotten back to you on this, Victoria. The Spain forum isn't nearly as combative our China one, but it's not terribly active, either. If I had to venture a guess, I'd say you wouldn't find too many Spanish job links because the schools have enough applicants on - site, already in Spain, and don't need to advertise on the web. |

Take a look in the General Europe forum. There's a whole bunch o links there, some specifically for Spain.

Thats right, most teachers interview on site. There is so much work in Madrid , dont know about other cities, but what happens mostly is even if you train in other Spanish cities you still end up working in Madrid. There are qualified teachers right in town that "academias" dont need to post jobs online. Job interviews/offers are done pretty much on the spot.
Hasta pronto,
Maria |
