So nice to walk past half of these places on the way to work. Especially in the summer. Ahhhh......

Ah, Sash, lovely.

My springtime Moscow commute from Kuzminki - I always exited the metro at Kithai Gorod instead of the nearest station to work so that I could walk across Red Square and over the bridge to the office. Took my breath away every day.

Spiral, I know what you mean! I sometimes do the same thing on various routes. I think, for me at least, it helps to put all the little work-related annoyances into perspective. Photocopier jammed again? Who cares - that building there is where Bulgakov lived and worked.

There may be another Prague invasion on the drawing boards. Let me know the particulars and perhaps my agents on the ground can arrange another care package, nudge nudge, wink wink ; )
