Hi guys
I think I am due la finiquita at the end of my contract but I'm not 100% sure how the system works. It's the end of my first year working in Spain so it will be my first finiquita.
I was wondering if anybody knows if the payment is a percentage of the overall term of the contract i.e. a percentage based payment over 9/10 months or if it is based on actual hours worked. In addition, is it taxed as a normal salary or is it exempt (which is unlikely).
Any help is appreciated!
