Almost as many 'disappeared chickens' as unaccounted for votes?
Sorry, let's keep politics out of this thread -

I won't be having the chicken tonight, thank you.

Prices on eggs and chicken have gone up because of it. Saw that a kilo of eggs is at 26 pesos where I get them now, usually it's 18. Haven't yet seen what chicken is at.

Sinaloa has banned poultry products from Jalisco and Nayarit.

and then there's this...

I'm seriously considering picking up some baby chicks at the market this weekend. But we have a cat... I guess with a good coop, they would be safe and the cat would have a new form of entertainment.

One died in November 2010. Crying or Very sad
The other is now 12 years old--she has the body size and shape of a lab. And their life expectancy is 12 years. She's doing pretty good considering, but I don't think she'd go after a chicken anymore. She has also always been really good about obeying. We once came across a loose piglet on a walk. I told her no, and she was twitching she wanted to grab is so badly, but she resisted. Very Happy

Awwwww [cute and sad]. Good luck with the chickens. It would be great to have home-grown free-range organic eggs! My elder dog is 12, too

Being away, I've just caught the tail end of this story. Something to be taken seriously?

Thanks for any feedback.
