|
|
I considered teaching in Indonesia a couple of years ago and now I have taken the plunge, quit my boring office job and finished my CELTA. I have been to Indo twice and although I am moving to Barcelona next month to stay with a friend and try to find teaching work, I think ultimately I will end up in Indo, as that is where I have other friends and where my heart is.
After reading various posts about EF I don't think I would like to work for them and although I have only been to Bali , I would condsider teaching in Solo or elsewhere in Java.
I would like to know from anyone who has experience from teaching in Indo and what kind of wage i would expect to receive and about any reputable schools. |

Do you have a degree in either English or Education? That will make the difference as to where you can teach or not.
I believe the starting salaries at EF are around 7million now with accommodation in most cases. So anywhere from 7million upwards. |
