I'm going to be in DF September through December and am looking for a room to rent as a backup to crashing with friends. I'd rather not test the old adage "el muerto y el arrimado a los tres días apestan", but I will if I have to. 
In addition to checking segundamano and craigslist, I thought I'd give these forums a shot, as I've gotten helpful responses in the past.
Looking to be as close as possible to or as easily accessible as possible to Metro Insurgentes or Cuauhtémoc.
The difficulty has been that we are two people, my husband and me. And most room rental situations are for a single.
So if anyone has tips, or maybe an extra furnished bedroom they'd like to rent out for a few months, please let me know! I'd also be happy to provide more information via PM.

| Go on the compartotepa.com.mx site, there are dozens of rooms for rent, some for couples or renting two rooms to the same couple maybe... |
