Does anyone know of a school that needs a native?

I have CELTA and experience.

One of those links - "support of a methodologist" - aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

(I've only ever met one person with that title who knew her job well - she was there if you had questions, but would never interfere)

The problem with those links is that I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I hope to have schools directly advertising with me and there's the problem.
I can either have jobs from schools that I know and trust or every school can advertise with me, with the proviso that they themselves check the relevant forums/sources to find out what's what.

I have been to all the esl sites.

I was hoping for a referral or something though the grapevine.

"support of a methodologist"

Amazing what terminology they invent to validate doing nothing very much and getting paid more than a classroom teacher.

If you want to be fair, every school should be allowed to. It's not your place to select only 'good' advertisements - the only time you should even consider interfering would be if the school is universally renowned to be bad.

I haven't looked at your site in a while, but do you have a list of things that newbies should be asking of potential employers? That could help people, I suppose...

I think I need to add the word to my own job title, just to sound more important... Wink "Head of English methodology and practice" sounds impressive, don't you think? Rolling Eyes

You've been here twice already, you know how Poland works. Turn up, visit every employer in sight, pester them after 2 weeks, repeat, repeat until you have enough work. People here aren't going to risk their own reputations by referring someone that they don't know.

Me: "Hey boss this dude on a message board wants a job, seems to have good spelling, you interested?"

Boss: "....Yes!"
