I have no complaints about my nomina account: it pays no interest but there are also no fees associated with it unless I want to add a capacity to make bank transfers to pay bills; then, it's 24 pesos per month.

Santander requires I keep $1000 in my account to avoid paying fees. I use it to pay my electricity and phone bills, no extra charge, but since it's a checking account, I receive no interest. |

Haven't had that come up, Guapa, because I just let the money sit there. My wife keeps chiding me for not putting it out at interest so, let me ask: has anyone had any experience with CIBanco, for example, which will pay over 4% for deposits of just 24 hours, more if for longer? |
