I've been through several skype interviews can't get a job. I need some advice.

That's such a broad question your better off Google searching,

If you want advice from here though then you will need to give as much information as you can about the interview so we can see where you went wrong

Did you wear a suit?
Was there a neutral background?
Was there a silent uninterrupted noise level?
Did you confirm the image that would show so that it would be not too close/far, in focus, centered, etc.?
Did you practice with the microphone?

Did you conduct yourself the same as in a real life interview?

If the answers are all yes, then consider problems with the last one to be the most significant.

I take all my interviews seriously.
I dress to the 9s and position the cam at a white wall.
I'm not sure if microphone or bck noise r a issue.

I've done skype interviews b4 and I've nailed them.
It just can't seem to pull the trigger when it comes to teaching abroad. Shocked

What type of jobs were you applying for? (Eikawa, ALT, private schools, colleges, international schools)?
What kinds of questions did they ask?
How did you answer?
Are you qualified with experience? (I assume you are of course).

All my interviews have been from Eikawas.
Experience can't be an issue because people r getting choosen without it.

They are asking the standard questions.
Why do want to come japan?
How would deal this difficult issue (students, culture shock, lesson planning etc.)
What are your goals for your time in Japan?

I give standard safe answers.

Does anyone remember their first interview how about ur 2nd or your last.

Did any of them end with a successfully job offer.

What do think is the best approach?
What question do you think you the best or the worst?
Did you eventually land a job what type of improvement did you before your next interview if any?

I could write pages but I'm just looking for some pointers.

How old are you?
Are you a native speaker?
What are your teaching quals?
What other work experience have you had?
How many is "several" interviews?
What are your "standard answers"?

Those may be telling answers.

Also, realize that a lot of eikaiwa jobs go to people based on personality and perceived chemistry.

Don't get this next point wrong, but as was asked earlier, are these just typos in your writing, or real ways you would write and talk?
"getting choosen"
"if microphone or noise are an issue"
"how would deal with..."
"why do want to come..."

Yes, my previous question was not facetious or rude, it was simply what it was, an honest question. If you speak like you write, for whatever reason, then I'm not surprised you're not getting jobs. I asked because the mistakes you're making in your writing are not typos, or lazy mistakes like you're/your, but seem to me to be much more fundamental mistakes that you don't just switch in and out of depending on the situation, i.e Internet message board vs. formal job interview.
