Hello,
My wife will be applying for her visa next month. The visa will be the dependent visa. The consulate in her country told her that she needs a proof of employment letter and some type of proof of taxes paid form/document. Anyone know what the second document/letter is? Is this something that my job gives me?
I think it is something like this- 源泉げんせん徴収ちょうしゅう |

You need to get it from the ward office where you live in Japan. |

Hmmm...my wife just called again.
They need the following:
Copy of passport
Gaijin card
Tax return form
Certificate of residence
Letter of Employment
Do you mean city hall when you say ward office? And does anyone know what a certificate of residence is? Can I get that at city hall? |
