Hi all,

Thanks for all the info about the apostille stuff. My question is this:

I have a BA, an MBA, and the DELTA.

Do I need to get all 3 apostillized? I'm from the States, so the uni degrees won't be a problem, but the Delta is obviously from the UK.

Do I need to get that apostillized or will the uni degrees suffice?

Thank you for your help

Is your BA related to education or teaching ESL? If so, it would be wise to get it apostilled. The DELTA will be a must for apostilling. I can't see the MBA being needed if you're teaching English.

Let's try this one: Given a choice between apostilling a non-English/ESL/Ed related BA (International Studies), or a TESOL cert, which do you apostille?

What if the TESOL cert is from a course given in Korea, but by an American company... then where do we apostille?

(For the record, the company is SIT, and I believe the certs were shipped in from Vermont, because they took 6 months to arrive).

When I was applying for my FM3, Migración was much more interested in my EFL certificate than in my B.S., which was in Spanish and Secondary Education.

I've got a similar worry/concern. I've got an interview next week. I also have a SIT certificate. As you, it was issued out of another country while the program is administered out of VT.

The twist ~ My SIT tesol certificate was apostilled in a previous state where I resided. I used this apostille for a previous FM3 so I'm guessing it will fly. How did this get resolved if it all? Six months is a long time to wait while not working. Shocked

Here's a link for people who live in the USA and are looking for an appropriate office.

i found this link to be dead, but back-tracked to the original website and then searched again. it is under a Korea forum, but the offices would, of course, be the same. *just note that it says for Korea, apostilles from individual states are not recognized and must be done on the federal level. i don't think that is the case for Mexico (??).
