I am in the KSA and find it very tough for many reasons.
I want to move to the UAE but from my research, the PYP students are no better in the UAE.
What universities and colleges will hire graduate degrees holders (master's) to teach content? I assume the content courses would be only 1st and 2nd year...
I know HCT does but anyone else? |

Content courses are usually taught by PhD holders. However, it wouldn't hurt to check out higheredjobs.com and chronicle.com to see if your quals are enough to get you a non-TEFL position. |

I assume that you have an MA in the content subject that you want to teach? I'd guess that content courses for someone with only a related MA would be found mainly in the smaller private colleges... or HCT. I actually taught business content courses at HCT and my only MA was in TEFL. They accepted my business background... and I also taught writing. But, I doubt that is common.
Check out Nomad's recommendations and also google up the names of the private colleges and check out their websites.
