From another firum I read about BAe in Salwa, Riyadh

"Word on the street is a man died in their compound early this am, after taking lots of falling down water .
PC Plod are having a right old time of their lives now."

i had to correct five mistakes in the original posted above in inverted commas ! I assume it was posted by one of their teckies and not by an English teacher !

Did they start their sentences off without capital letters as well?

Also, should it not be 'techies'?
