Hi
I was wondering if my lack of Spanish skills would make it hard for me to find a legit job in Santiago teaching English. I am just starting out with the language and certainly cannot give an interview in it. Are the decent, or even half - way decent employers expecting you to have a good command of Spanish? |

Decent employers are more concerned that you have good command of English!
You don't need to worry about not having Spanish skills as far as landing a job or performing in it. It should go without saying though that having Spanish skills makes life much easier outside the workplace and often in dealing with school administration. |
