My residence permit is dated until June 2013.
However, I am leaving my current school and might not return until say March or April.
If my current school cancels my contract and foreign expert certificate, I don't get it back right?
Can I still return to China or do I need to apply for a tourist visa or get an invitation letter? |

| You have until your RP expires to renew it with a new school. You can return home any time you want. When you quit one school they cancel your FEC and your new school makes a new one. |

| Yes, I already understand the premise. However, can the school cancel the residence permit or do I need to ok it? They said they are going to cancel the residence permit, however my previous school didn't. |
