Hey all! I'm leaving for a teaching job in China soon and when filling out the Chinese tourist visa application I noticed a question about whether or not you have a criminal record. I got a DUI 9 years ago but the charge was dismissed. Should I disclose that info?
Thanks! |

If the charge was dismissed then you don't have a criminal record. I think the answer to your question is obvious, isn't it? |

It was dismissed but it still shows up on my record...it does says dismissed though. I'd think that the answer was obvious too, but because of the charge I wasn't able to get work in Korea. |
