Hey all! I'm leaving for a teaching job in China soon and when filling out the Chinese tourist visa application I noticed a question about whether or not you have a criminal record. I got a DUI 9 years ago but the charge was dismissed. Should I disclose that info?

Thanks!

If the charge was dismissed then you don't have a criminal record. I think the answer to your question is obvious, isn't it?

It was dismissed but it still shows up on my record...it does says dismissed though. I'd think that the answer was obvious too, but because of the charge I wasn't able to get work in Korea.
