Hi to all,
I'm looking for someone to engage in a short interview in relation to use of mobile technologies such as iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, ordinary mobile phones or other types of mobile (hand-held) devices in the classroom. My interest is in connecting with an educator who has actually used mobile technologies as well as Web 2.0 tools in the classroom.
I've posted a similar message in the Technology forum and I'm also posting here because I'm in the UAE and I would like to connect with educators who use technology in the classroom that are also in the UAE. Please PM me if you are interested.
Thanks,
GDawg |

Hi, you can contact me if you wish. I am at a large Canadian university and we work with and deploy these sorts of technologies at the higher education level -- primarily at the under graduate course levels. The success (or failure) is dependent on how your institution is organized, who the faculty are and what the course is; some are more eager to deploy it than others and some just see it as a fad which will go away and be replaced with something else. |
