Two kickboxers in Phuket (anyone think it might be a case of roid rage?) out drinking and get into it.... nothing new there....

The ONLY thing interesting (SURPRISING) is that he was extradited from the UK to face a death sentence without assurance that the death penalty wouldn't be imposed prior to his extradition.

Plenty more like him in Thailand. Watch your back while enjoying a cold one in places like Patong and Pattaya.

There needs to be justice done in this case, but why would a country like Britian put any faith in Thai justice? That is really odd. Don't the British know what kind of objectivity they are dealing with in terms of how it will be investigated and delivered to the courts there?

Just because somebody happens to be in a different country shouldn't mean he is signing away his rights to a court with western standards and a western level of objectivity. That makes no sense what so ever. He should be tried in Britian, period and go to jail there if convicted.
