I'm trying to decide which one to pursue. Are they equivalent or is one thought better of by employers?

Your thoughts would be appreciated!

They are generally considered to be equal. Officially they are. But looking at how much harder it is to become a trainer for Delta than for the Trinity diploma, I'd plump for the Delta.

In terms of content, the Dip TESOL has more emphasis on phonology.

As a distance delta failure ... I think Ill try the Trinity Dip next time then I have a much keener interest in phonology than I do in endless language analysis type tasks.
