Knew of a foreign teacher who had been hired by a program operating from the University of Tibet. They arrived in Hong Kong with necessary visa paperwork in hand, but just then trouble (riots I think) broke out in Tibet, and they were unable to get the needed alien visitors paper (or whatever its called--not the working permit, they had that, but the permit to enter Tibet) that you need to go to Tibet, and I think wound up having to go elsewhere for a job. This was in Spring '11, don't know if things have changed since then, but at least up until then it was possible in theory to work in Tibet. |

choudoufu, you are a pretty clever guy. You consistently and intentionally make grammar and spelling mistakes. The grammar Nazi's can't touch you |
If you're referring to 'tebit' that was a usage back when there were big issues there and there was the thought that the Chinese authorities were monitoring for key words.
Probably not an issue for Dave's, but we did it to feel just a little bit Bond-ish.
'Teabet' was another used. |

Not referring to "tebit". I am referring to how he does not capitalize, and also how he intentionally misspells words such as "engrish".
It makes his posts more amusing sometimes. |

Intentional misplacing of an apostrophe? |
