| Is it essential that you enter China BEFORE the date of first entry on your invitation letter? What happens if you enter a day or two later? |

| The only date that matters is the one on the visa. The entry date will be the date of issue. You then have 90 days. |

There was another post recently from someone who wished (I think) to come over and work at a summer camp before starting at a regular uni job in Sept.
Johnt's post would appear to provide a timescale in which that could happen. |
