Pollution is driving me from Delhi. The dollar's going down, so trying to navigate carefully.

Seems Shima would be OK if I live very very simply. (I can.) It has a couple or more universities and tutoring possibilities.

Anybody out there know about housing costs, names of apts. g houses, areas etc.
