I know that some some summer schools also run easter camps. Does anyone know or have experience of any?

I can't tell you of that specifically but if you are after general English work, Cambridge is currently heaving with students and schools are shopping around for teachers who can do whatever hours they can throw at them... if you have some experience and a CELTA of course.
