Does anybody know what the likelihood is of my German partner finding teching work in Thailand? She has kindergarten qualifications, and a degree, but not formal EFL qualifications. Her English is very good. We won't be able to survive on my teaching salary alone, so she needs to work too ! |

Don't all reply at once.
inlingua run German classes. I even knew of one German teacher whose only source of income was inlingua Bangkok, so it's possible even if he was forever skint.
There's also a very good Goethe Institut in Bangkok. Whilst your wife might not find teaching work there, its presence indicates the high demand for German lessons, including private classes, from Thais wishing to study in that other land of smiles. |
