What does this mean in a job offer at an international school in Bangkok? What does "teacher license" mean?
"We offer a competitive employment package including work permit, teacher license, health insurance, and snacks and lunch (international and Thai cuisine)."
Since I have only taught unit students and have an MA in that area, what's my best bet for finding a job teaching kids in Thailand? I want my elementary-aged son to be able to study in the same school where I am teaching.

If they are not asking for a teacher's license from your home country then they are offering a provisional Thai teaching license.
It is good for 2 years.
Within that 2 years you need to undertake the Thai language and culture course and that will buy you another 2 years.
At the end of that second 2 years you will have needed to complete the requirements for and have obtained a Thai teacher's license or lose your visa/WP.
