Since this website is primarily targetted to ESL teachers, is there a similar discussion forum website for K-12 school teachers?

International Schools Review forum: http://internationalschoolsreview.com/nonmembers/copytotheforum.htm

The message board is free, but membership to the reviews section might be of interest to you if you're planning to do K12 overseas. Employees rate their jobs, salaries, administrators, living situations, etc. in international schools.

Are you talking about public, private, and in what location? For public school teachers a common one in the US is www.teachers.net.

It depends what you are looking to talk about. If you are job hunting, most of that is local for K-12 and thus discussion boards don't generally help much. There are email lists for local groups such as local TESOL affiliates that would be helpful in that case (NYTESOL is the one I susbscribe to.)

In the US another email list is TESOL-L.
