But isn't Qatar Academy's management not supporting their teaching staff? This man had a double wammy (being from a minority & working in an unsupportive school).
I'd be scared if I worked in Qatar Academy. Is that the reason there is no chatter about this QA in this forum?

Actually there is very little discussion of K-12 schools anywhere in the Middle East as the vast majority of teachers posting here teach adults at universities or military or oil-related.

Not that I've ever heard of... google? You might try finding the expat forums where the parents often discuss their kids' education. |

I'd love to hear the other side of the story. What is the students' perception of the teacher as he relates it to the teacher? How involved are parents' in their kids education? How many parents' English is good enough to communicate with the teacher?
