Last time I looked Austria was an EU member state. So was the UKofGB&NI. Free movement of labour between the two.
I am not clear about what the role of the company is. You want your company to do business in Austria ? Doing what ? Why ? Teaching Englihs ? |

There are basically two options.
1. If you are self-employed in the UK then you can continue to do business on that basis in Austria for a limited period (not sure if you have to be tax resident in UK). Some info here: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/cnr/ca3837-info.htm
2. You can get an Austrian trade license. http://www.wien.gv.at/english/business-media/registration.html might be of help.
It's not much since I don't really know anything about Austria just about the EU and UK in general. |
