There is no mention of social security in my contract.. Should I be worried ? I it normally covered by schools? |

If your job is 100% legal, the easiest way to approach this and other mandatory deductions is to discuss and negotiate your contract on NET salary received. End of problem.
Of course get everything in writing. This may take a lot of patience and energy but typically administrators will comply with your request only if you are firm and border on harassing them. :>) |
