Bahrain: An Update (Dec, 2013)

The bars are all over the place and not really that close to each other. You can end up walking through sand dunes to get to them. Many are half empty and in back alleys leading to nowhere..

Wrangler

Best bet for dancing and meeting people. Every night it is very busy with ladies of the night and locals. Music rotates between African rhythms and RnB depending on the day.

360

Quite pretentious and the music is extremely loud. Mostly house music so if you like dance music then this is the place to go. It doesn't seem to get busy until late.

DC's in Diva

Best bar with decent prices and a lively atmosphere. Busy.

Tabu

I think this has the potential for a decent night with a good bar, fair sized dancefloor and modern decor. Very clean. I went during the week when it wasn't busy.

Buffalo Bar

Another good option. Quite spacious and the bar is set at the back away from the dancefloor. Busy.

Test your ability to cope by a visit to "Wendy's".
