My undergrad degree is in Music. I've taught instrumental lessons (saxophone mostly) and music theory lessons for a couple years. I've also had experience lecturing in a classroom environment on music. Wondering what the options of teaching music abroad are? As it stands now I'm hoping to TEFL in Thailand, but I'm also wondering if this is an option.
My degree is specifically in Music Tech (recording, live sound, engineering, etc) and Jazz Studies. |

Try international schools in your target countries. Also, seriously consider getting a teaching license from your country/state; it will increase your marketability. I suggest you also join several websites featuring expat forums with a broader member base and interests. Do an Internet search on expat forum [insert country]. |
