I'm sure you knew what I meant Very Happy. There's a band you can't surpass: 33.

I have a question regarding this salary scale: say I worked in HK as a SNET and left after 2 years and then returned sometime after (1, 2, 5 whatever years later), would I start on the scale I left on I would I go back to the start, e.g. 15? Just curious about this.

You would continue where you left off, and if you gained more experience in the meantime, you would go up the scale. I know because l left the Primary NET scheme then came back a few years later. I'm pretty sure it'd be the same for secondary.

Also may be interesting to note - If you leave and return after 1 year you would still get the retention bonus of 5% extra per month. If you've left for 2 or more years, you don't.
