No....with almost annual civil servant increases, that point is never reached... |
I'm sure you knew what I meant  . There's a band you can't surpass: 33.
I have a question regarding this salary scale: say I worked in HK as a SNET and left after 2 years and then returned sometime after (1, 2, 5 whatever years later), would I start on the scale I left on I would I go back to the start, e.g. 15? Just curious about this.

| You would continue where you left off, and if you gained more experience in the meantime, you would go up the scale. I know because l left the Primary NET scheme then came back a few years later. I'm pretty sure it'd be the same for secondary. |

Also may be interesting to note - If you leave and return after 1 year you would still get the retention bonus of 5% extra per month. If you've left for 2 or more years, you don't. |
