I've been searching for a job in China but can't seem to find any positions with under 20 contact hours per week.
I know from experience that working such hours is unpleasant and renders me unable to do a good job.
My experience totals almost 2 years and I have an MA in English literature( no TEFL cert).
Is it possible to find a job with low hours in Thailand? I would obviously be prepared to accept a low salary if this were possible. |

Hello there,
Finding a job here in the LOS with low hours and low pay is not a problem. Lots of offers here fit that description...check out language institutes and government universities especially around the Ramkhamhaeng area. You can also teach private tutorials if you have time. Good luck! |

Lots of jobs in China under 20 hours but they would all be Uni Jobs.My job is supposedly 14 hours but they only gave me 12 and pay me for 14! Just look for any uni job in the city of your choice. The max in Unis tends to be 18 I think. |
