Anyone interview for an EAP position recently? If so, I'd like to hear about it! It involves a presentation rather than a lesson plan, and although I have an idea about how to go about it, it's the first time I've been asked to do this. I'm a little apprehensive.

Hi,

Don't worry - you don't have to run it like a presentation. You just have to spend about 10 minutes talking us through how you would respond to the task. We don't expect flowcharts or posters or anything. Smile

Having said that, you could send a copy of a ppt or some documents beforehand for your interviewers to follow along with while you speak. That's always looked upon well.
