"I saw on the horizon, where sky, sea, plain and mountain meet, a few low stars, not to be confused with the fires men light, at night, or that go alight alone."
I want to use this line. In a lesson, but not a lesson, at least, I think. I can't go on, I'll go on. What do I know? |

Dear Johnslat
Thank you very much for your clip, but it was too deep for me, at least, I think it was, or maybe it wasn't. It may not have been. I don't know.
Best wishes
Sasha? |

Would that be Margaret Beckett or Thomas a?
Sounds like Sasha's run out of supplies again and has resorted to boot polish spread on toast! |

Would love a carrot or a parsnip to go with my supplies. Or maybe an old turnip... |

If uncle Joe hadn't killed all those kulaks, there would've been carrots, parsnips and turnips a-plenty! |

Champions of liberty? The bandits who'd let their fellow man starve to death for want of a penny's profit? |

Hardy cultivators of the soil who fed the empire and provided cannon fodder for the Tsars' armies. |

Nope. Not enough. At least that is what I think. Or do I? Perhaps I do, perhaps I do not. Let's wait for Godot, and fail better. |

Have you tried Robert Frost? Some good stuff there on fire and ice, roads, fences, woods, paths not taken, and other things to make you want to hit the bottle harder (milk bottle of course). |
