Worked with one old buffer in his 70s. Students loved him, mainly on account of his outstanding ability to teach.

I'm worried I'm too young to teach! I'm 23, and about to teach 17/18yo's. I have a decent college education, but these students come from one of the top private high schools in their country; I know for a fact they're probably more knowledgeable than I am, in just about everything.

Ok, this is your strategy. You are the language consultant and they know that this is the case. They have a fund of general knowledge. So, when it comes to activating their language learning, you come up with useful discussion questions (using the relevant grammar and lexis) and get the students to come out with the answers. You want them to do more talking, not you..
