I wanted to ask for a favor:

Can someone living in Mexico City get me the names, emails, and telephone numbers of THE AUTHORIZED AGENTS who process IQAMAS for the Saudi Embassy in Mexico City.

To get this information, a visit in person to the embassy or a telephone call from inside Mexico may be required.
