this a corporate establishment and in the long run its all about money. The agency is a scam. There is nothing educational about it. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t go into teaching to help a company make money. I went into to help shape young minds and inspire children.
Recruiting agencies just want money and that is all they care about. They have no genuine concern for your well-being. |
You were expecting an ESL teacher recruiting agency to not be about making money, to care about you genuinely as a human being and about your personal welfare, and to actually care about the process of education?

Sorry to hear that. Good schools tend to take who they employ seriously and handle recruitment themselves. Joy jobs and serious teachers look good at giving advice on getting in touch with the right people. Has anyone used them for tesl/tefl? Joy jobs is such a bad name if they want to be taken seriously... |
