So these guys recruit people with little or no experience (No degree, TEFL etc etc needed)
They train you up for 4 weeks solid and then get you into a job position.
Anyone heard of these type of positions? They have just accepted myself to the enxt stage (Skype interview.)

It's a 'method' school. These can be ok for breaking into some market, but in the longer-term picture, working at one of these does little for one's CV as other schools won't usually accept 'the method' applied to their students.
The most famous method school franchise is Berlitz.
They are basically all considered rather outdated, so far as the 'methods' used go. Companies still like them for their employees, because the name is recognized. |

In my ten years' teaching, the only school that didn't at least interview me was Vaughan.
Asking around, it would seem to be due to the fact that I am well-qualified and have experience of many different methodologies. In short, difficult to brainwash - fortunately. I'm happily employed elsewhere. Just saying what I think to be the case. |
