Reposted from another teachers website.
First we ex-Chinese employees want the readers to understand that this is completely by us. No foreign teachers were helping with this even though they did offer.
A) Jack Ji does not honor his contracts. He cuts salaries even though in his contracts there are no references to salary reducing. He has done this to many of his teachers and he did this to his academic director. From september of 2014 many teachers have quit the company. One teacher had to go home because of many mistakes with the visa papers. Jack told the man he would be back in four weeks. He then told all of the Chinese employees to not answer the mans phone calls, and to wait on the paper work. He cut the mans salary by 70% while he was away. He tried to replace the man with another teacher who was less money. He only did not do this because the replace teacher was black. He has not paid his office workers for many months now. Many workers have quit because of this. Once the electricity was turn off.
B) He hires under talented people to work in his offices. They cannot handle visa applications and often the papers are rejected by the local offices. This has happened many times. One time a lady teacher went to Hong Kong to get the visa. There was so many mistakes she had to stay two weeks. Jack did not pay the ladies room there and she was walking around the streets. They did finally fix it but the lady was very upset.
C) He had two lady partners before. They sue Jack for a lot of money and he lose court case. Because of this he cut teachers salary and fire many workers. Before he have accountant who hate him and take away a lot of money from him. He fire workers who follow his instructions about money to teachers because they cannot take the money back.
D) The teachers are always very nervous because they worry no money on the pay day. They call the company Jack a rama, the Jack du Solei, the Kidstar Circus, and Jack roulette.
E) Xiamen is bad for teachers. There are many such company like this one. Zhengzhou and Hangzhou are like this too.
F) China has some good teacher companies. Just be careful and you may be ok. |

You used to be, but no longer are, Chinese? Please explain.

Saucy Jack, Jack Be Quick, Jack of all trades ... Jack... the Ripper? So I think we, the readers, can safely infer that under no circumstances would the teachers ever be inclined to, er, assist Jack in dismounting his steed, eh? |

Wow, the OP (name doesn't deserve to be repeated) seem to be on a rant against all schools and individuals. Another self appointed "union" maybe? |

That makes absolutely no sense at all.
Newly created member, two posts, no replies, and here to "Protect teachers' according to the profile.
I'm confused as to the true purpose.
Each and every "complaint" is nothing more than the same "I expected to be treated like a king when I came to China" sort of thing. |

For those not intelligent enough to get the inference: This is called cheating, scamming, bait and switch, breaking a contract.

What would've happened to the teacher's personal property back at the school? He was told he'd be back in four weeks so it's not likely he took all of his personal effects with him. Why lie about bringing him back? Why not answer the phone calls? You're seriously standing by the boss of this company who is blatantly abusive to his OWN employees?

A woman teacher force to walk to the streets in a foreign city with no help, no place to stay, more than likely exposed to many dangers?
This is your idea of what a foreign teacher should expect as treatment in another country? |

Apparently you don't understand... oh wait, your post clearly states you understand nothing.
I'm happy to read any proof you have of said things.
And who made you "The Protector"?
A "woman teacher" was forced to walk the street? No place to stay? I'm sorry, but the woman couldn't return home? She couldn't take cash from her pocket to get a hotel room? She couldn't contact the embassy for protection? Didn't have a telephone to call for help? Didn't have a credit card? This is what makes your post clearly lopsided.
I'm tired of hearing the idea that people are forced to do such things. No cash? Doesn't know how to find a hotel room? Walking the street? Yeah.
Your entire post here now makes it clear - you are an American (presumably) woman, who wasn't prepared, takes no self-responsibility, didn't take cash, expected everyone to do everything for you, and so on and now you're coming here to bad-mouth those you think are responsible. How old are you?
Sounds like a bad movie, "The Defender" or "The Protector"
I wouldn't watch it. |
