Hello everyone,

This is my first post, so hi all!

I was wondering what my chances are of getting a z visa considering I am dutch and without any teaching experience. I have been to China in the past for a period of 16 months however, and i will have my Master's degree in Sinology soon. With this said, i guess that doesn't count for much when it comes to applying for a z visa as the government doesn't seem to care about this.

I dont mind going to a small city. I just know i need the z visa, and i wont accept anything else.

I have had contact with several recruiters. Most, if not all, offered me a f-visa. I declined of course. Not long ago i found a new recruiter. He seems okay as he actually openly discouraged faking the teaching experience on my resume (something another recruiter proposed to do).

I am getting kinda desperate. So, any idea if getting a z-visa will be possible?

Thanks for reading

CCC

This type of request (non-native speaker with marketable skills) has come on the board many times before. What's the problem?

We aren't all American, who gives a shite about Donald Trump?

However, Chinese people read this forum and posters employing the username like the said idiot in the OP is unwise.

That was my point; I was being sarcastic about the Lee comment --- nobody cares about Lee or Trump, for that matter.

I agree with others that the OP's username is highly offensive and cringe-worthy. Yet he/she claims to have a degree in Sinology, which is a contradiction. Trolling perhaps. The Mods can review it.

I find repeat posts 'Is it OK to come to China and teach on a tourist visa' just as cringeworthy. In fact more so as treats us as as unpaid lackeys.
Apart from the unfortunate user name, I treated this as a worthy enquiry as it would be hard to find previous posts by use of the 'search' feature.
If CCC is a troll he/she won't post again as the original posting has achieved its purpose by riling many of you.

Two years of teaching experience is required. Just because it can be bypassed or ignored in some jurisdiction, it's egotistic to think you can just bypass the law for your own convenience.
