Hello, everyone! I'm currently considering a job opportunity at a private, bilingual school called Instituto Thomas Jefferson right outside of Mexico City (Estado de Mexico to be exact). I would be teaching EFL to middle schoolers. Is anyone familiar with this school? Is this a place to avoid? I've heard a lot of scary stories about the colegios here, but I also know people who've had good experiences with them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is an old post, but I have the same question, either for you, wiotch, depending on what happened or what you found out, or for anyone else who has had experience with the school.
