Anyone know anything about ADVETI from UAE opening the college "Nasser Vocational Technical Centre" in Bahrain in August or September?
Any info about the exact location in Manama would be useful. Pay is reported to be good. Relocation allowance is decent too.

Yes they may have secured some teachers for their EFL roles but not all.
Apparently, there are interviews this coming weekend in a swanky London hotel.

I understand they have received hundreds of applications from EFL teachers mostly in Saudi and in Kuwait....your chances of receiving a job offer is next to a miracle!!!  |

Ok well fortunately, like the song lyric, I believe in miracles otherwise I wouldn't be attending an interview with them at the Hilton in London this weekend

Please read the OP again. I was asking for more information, specifically about the location of the new college and anything else relevant.
Clearly you have nothing to add so should consider Wittgenstein's dictum thus: "Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent."

Well, now that you've had your interview, I hope you were confident enough to ask the interviewers about the location and other pressing questions regarding this new college.

Nothing to do with confidence. I asked the recruiters about that and other related issues as I was required to deal with them, but they didn't know having asked the college authorities themselves. I now know so all is well.
You have an unfortunate tone that comes across which I think you believe passes for wit. It doesn't. You've used a lot of words but, when all is said and done, you have contributed nothing to this discussion, but then I doubt it is the first time anyone has said that to you on the boards

I don't think the intent was wit... but mostly that it is odd to ask a question like "location" here when you have an interview in such a short time.
Just to inform you, Nomad is one of the most informative posters that we have here on Dave's, but yes, there are few that have responded to her rather rudely (twice on this thread) who get curt responses back.
But, I suspect that both of you will manage to carry on. 
So, how did the interview go? I see on the other thread that you have flown to Bahrain... to check things out?
