If you're willing to put in the time and energy, and take a few risks, you should be able to make it in Spain. Don't freak out.

If you're American (or other non-EU member), just remember that you'll most likely be working "under the table." It means that health care and job security could be issues that you'll have to face.

Prague's job market is also fairly tight as there are multiple teacher training courses in the city - hence lots and lots of newly-certified teachers hitting the streets every few weeks (not to imply that everyone wants to stay in the city after a course, but many people do).

The Central European countries are new EU members and the word is that the language schools are beginning to favor EU job candidates, though legally it's still open for non-EUs.
Turkey's a whole other world............and yeah, it's beautiful there.

It takes some courage and real desire to plunge in and make it work. You'll also need to be flexible and have enough financial backing to survive maybe a couple of months if you must. Always be sure you can pay for a trip home if you have to.....

But, hey, good luck. It's always worth the trip!
