anybody have any good intel on cedulas? I had a work permit two years ago, and though I received a cedula number, I never went to the extranjeria to get the carnet. Now my bank is demanding the card, not just the number, to reactivate my account. Is it to late to do the tramite and get the carnet, maybe pay a multa?
As far as I know the rule is you need to register your visa within two weeks (which involves paying for and getting your cedula). I don't know about the rules for two years ago so you'd probably be better off speaking to immigration about it.
