Anyone out there have any information about typical salaries for English Coordinators at private schools? I'm wondering specifically about Querétaro but any information would be welcome. Thanks!

It depends on many factors.

One is whether you will teach AND coordinate, or just coordinate.
The combination job should pay more - you are covering two jobs.

It also depends on the size of the school, the cost of tuition for the students,
level of salaries paid to teachers, the number of teachers you will supervise, the level of importance placed on English by the school ownership or academic director.

Some coordinators are just paper pushers.
Others are very hands-on and impact the entire English department, choice of materials, methodology, hiring, firing, evaluations, vendor relations, parent relations, testing, school policy development.

Some jobs might allow you to "grow" the position over time with some flexibility, others will have the role clearly defined in advance.

In some cases, all it takes is a couple of years of teaching experience, and the ability to win the job in the interview process. Others require prior coordination experience, or supervisory roles in teaching.

Try to find out how often the school has changed English Coordinators in the last 5+ years. Frequent turnover in the position is a big red flag.
Your relationship with the academic director will be crucial to your success.
Think about that when you meet and interview with the AD.

Geography is a big factor too - D.F. will likely pay the most.
Local salary ranges will vary a lot from state to state.

$12-25,000 pesos per month.
A very broad range depending upon these many factors.
