I taught two years ago in Danang, TREMENDOUS NIGHTLIFE! I miss it now that I am with Blueforce in Saudi Arabia. Lots of cash in Arabia if you get lucky landing a soul minimizing gig (military). Six months of Blueforce and I am returning to Vietnam. My general question here on the cafe is concerning employment back in Danang. Are they still hiring 40 somethings?

I cannot directly answer your question Chris (sorry), but I'd like to ask you about a comment you made.
"Still hiring 40 somethings." -- Did you notice any age discrimination in Danang? Meaning, in Danand they preferred teachers in their 20s?
Or, do you mean people in their 40s could find work as easily as the younger instructors? |
