|
|
I've been offered a week long job teaching in northern Italy.
For the salary and flight payment, the employer asks for an invoice, in order for them to provide the money.
Should I be concerned that this is a scam?
If not, what amount of bank details is safe to give to an employer?
Thank-you for your time.
Best Regards,

It's pretty normal for an employer to ask for an invoice for payment. But you'd need to check that you can actually issue an invoice. It's easy if you have Italian residency and a Partita Iva and codice fiscale. But if not, you may have to ask the employer how they normally settle payment (ie with foreign suppliers). |
